01 // THE CHALLENGE
Andrew Harrison works across several areas of music, including contemporary composition, jazz, theatre, film, recording, and music education.
The challenge was to create a website that could bring these different aspects of his career together without making the portfolio difficult to navigate. The site also needed to give individual compositions enough space for important details such as instrumentation, duration, commissioning information, recordings, and licensing options.

The website was structured as a comprehensive digital portfolio centered around Andrew’s compositions and recordings.
A categorized work archive allows visitors to browse different types of compositions, while individual work pages provide detailed information about each piece. Recording pages complement the composition catalogue by providing audio, production credits, tracklists, and purchase information.
The website also separates biography, press, and professional information from the main work catalogue, creating clear pathways for different visitors—including performers, theatre companies, educators, music organizations, and potential collaborators.
